Congratulations on accepting your offer to study at Goldsmiths, University of London.

You’re almost ready to begin. Complete your online registration to finalise your enrolment, set up your student account and prepare for the start of your programme.

Before you begin, you’ll need:

• A valid passport or UK/Irish driving licence photocard
• Approximately 10–15 minutes to fully complete your registration
• Your tuition fee payment details or financial sponsor information (if applicable)

Once your student record has been created, you’ll receive an email inviting you to begin your online registration. To become fully enrolled, please complete each of the steps below.

Your online enrolment checklist

1. Upload proof of identity. Upload a clear image of one of the following:
   
   • Your passport
   • Your UK or Irish driving license photocard
   
   Please note: If your driving license states that your place of birth is outside the UK or Ireland, you’ll need to upload the photo page of your passport instead.
   
   Your identity document will be reviewed by the Registry Operations team. Once reviewed you will be invited to a brief ID verification call. The verification will be a very brief Teams video call to confirm your likeness to the ID you have provided and is a required step to move forward in the enrolment process.
2. Complete a Right to Study check (if required). You only need to complete a Right to Study check for an online programme if you:
   
   • are not a UK or Irish national
   • are currently living in the UK
   
   If this applies to you, complete the Right to Study form. The Immigration Advisory Service will review your information and update your student record.
   
   If you’re currently living outside the UK, you do not need to complete this step.
   
   Complete ‘Right to Study’ form.

3. Plan to pay your tuition fees. Before your enrolment can be completed, you’ll need to confirm how your tuition fees will be paid. You can:
   • Pay your fees in full
   • Set up an instalment plan
   • Provide details of your financial sponsor
   
   You’ll receive an email confirming the payment option you selected during registration.
   
   View tuition fees and funding guidance.
4. Set up your Goldsmiths IT account. Once your programme has started and you’ve completed all enrolment requirements, your Goldsmiths IT account details and student email login will usually be sent to you within 48 hours.
   
   If you haven’t received your login details after this time, please contact the IT team or visit the IT & Information Services website for further support.
