A studio-based curriculum for creative AI innovation

Blending critical inquiry with hands-on experimentation, the 180-credit curriculum explores AI as both a creative medium and collaborator. Through studio-style design sprints, peer collaboration and a major final project, you’ll build practical creative AI skills while developing a portfolio-ready body of work.

Across 9 eight-week modules, work in creative cohorts to rapidly prototype, test and refine AI-driven concepts in a collaborative virtual studio environment.

Entry criteria

This programme is designed for creative thinkers who want to explore AI in practice. Previous programming experience is not required.

DegreeTypically, applicants hold a 2:1 bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any subject. Applicants with substantial professional experience may also be considered.
Language CriteriaIf English is not your first language, you’ll usually need an IELTS score of 6.5 overall (with no band below 6.0). In some cases, this may be waived based on prior study, supporting access for a global cohort.

Fees & funding

Invest in your future with a total tuition of £16,000 (2026-27). You can pay in full or in instalments of £1,600 every module, and £3,200 for the Major Project (paid in two instalments over approximately 7 months).* All costs are listed to help you make an informed decision.
